The M5AZN platform for electronic stores is owned by YALOWA COMPANY under trade license number: 2310096.01.
We welcome you and would like to inform you that below you will find the terms and conditions for using our platform, along with all the legal implications that result from its use. By accessing or using the M5AZN platform, whether as a consumer, merchant, or otherwise, you acknowledge your full acceptance and approval of these terms. You also confirm that you are legally competent and bound by the system and laws governing all the articles, terms, and provisions of this agreement. This serves as a confirmation of your commitment to its regulations. Please note that M5AZN is an online platform, which may be referred to as either an "online" or "platform."
This agreement becomes valid and enforceable once you accept it and register on the M5AZN platform, in accordance with Articles 5 and 10 of the UAE Electronic Transactions System.

Article 1 - Legal Trader Eligibility:

  1. The merchant declares that they have the legal capacity required and are duly registered with Maarouf. Additionally, they confirm that they are at least eighteen years of age, as stipulated by UAE laws and regulations, and possess the necessary knowledge to establish, manage, and operate their online store via the M5AZN platform.
  2. However, according to Clause 1 (1) of Article Two (2), a trader may engage in trade if they are under the legal age of majority (eighteen years) in the UAE, provided that they submit proof of their guardian’s consent to establish the online store. Such proof may include a guardianship deed and a letter of approval signed by the legal guardian, if necessary.
  3. The trader further declares that they are fully qualified and do not suffer from any conditions that would affect their legal competence.
  4. If the merchant registers as an institution, company, or under any other legal entity, that entity must possess the legal and statutory capacity to conduct business on the M5AZN electronic platform.
  5. The merchant agrees that if they violate this article regarding "the legal capacity of the merchant," they will bear full responsibility for the consequences, including any dealings with consumers, users, or third parties. The M5AZN platform will not be held liable for any such interactions. Moreover, the platform reserves the right to hold the merchant accountable under contractual liability provisions and to seek compensation for any damages arising from such violations, particularly if these damages affect the platform’s reputation with other merchants or consumers.

Article 2 - The Nature of the Commitment of the M5AZN Platform

  1. The mission of the M5AZN platform is to provide electronic products by supplying stores with various items. The commitment of the platform is limited to this scope.
  2. M5AZN may also offer other services to merchants or stores, such as logistical support, delivery services, and online payment gateways. All M5AZN platform services are subject to the articles, terms, and provisions of this usage agreement.
  3. The M5AZN platform is not obligated to facilitate or complete sales transactions between consumers and merchants. Its commitment ends with providing logistical support services and supplying the merchant with products via the M5AZN platform. This does not affect other ongoing services that M5AZN offers, such as guidance, counseling, technical support, marketing, and payment methods.
  4. M5AZN may, on occasion, temporarily provide free services to certain stores.
  5. All transactions between merchants and consumers are independent and are not related to the M5AZN platform. The platform holds no responsibility for these transactions, as they are subject to a separate contractual agreement between the merchant and the consumer. If a consumer fails to pay for a product or service, M5AZN is not liable for such violations.
  6. You understand that the M5AZN platform is a technical online platform designed to enable merchants to supply their electronic stores with products and provide logistics services. Its responsibility ends at this point. M5AZN is not liable for any violations committed by merchants in their stores that breach this agreement's terms. Additionally, M5AZN holds no responsibility for transactions between merchants and consumers.

Article 3 - Requirements for Obtaining Products and Logistical Support Services

  1. Any person with the legal capacity, as defined by law, who is authorized to establish a store, may do so in accordance with the rules and provisions of the usage agreement, particularly"Article One - Legal Trader Eligibility."
  2. The merchant's store, established in compliance with the M5AZN platform usage agreement, must adhere to UAE laws and regulations. Merchants are required to clarify the nature of their business in e-commerce, including the services or products they provide or sell. M5AZN is not responsible for any store's violation of UAE laws or public morals. M5AZN retains the right to refuse registration for any online store that does not comply with UAE regulations or the provisions of this agreement. Merchants, by agreeing to the terms of this agreement, confirm that their store does not violate UAE public order or Islamic morals.
  3. No person is allowed to use the M5AZN platform if their membership or store has been canceled by M5AZN, or by court order.
  4. If any user registers as a corporation, company, charitable institution, or legal entity, the entity must comply with all rules and provisions outlined in the M5AZN platform usage agreement.
  5. All stores and merchants must adhere to all applicable laws governing online trade, as well as the UAE's cybercrime laws, the regulations of the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, the M5AZN transaction system, and the M5AZN commerce system.
  6. By registering on the M5AZN platform, merchants confirm that they have verified and fulfilled all procedures and requirements mandated by UAE authorities to conduct business through their store.
  7. If the merchant applying for products and services is an individual trader, a 'natural person,' they are responsible for verifying and providing the necessary requirements as per the nature of their business. The individual trader must supply all required documentation, including their national identity number, commercial registration, and any other relevant documents requested by the M5AZN platform.
  8. If the merchant applying to establish their store represents a commercial establishment, company, charitable institution, or legal entity, M5AZN must be provided with all required information and supporting documents, such as the commercial registry and any other documentation needed to verify the store's legal status.
  9. The store and merchant must comply with the registration obligations outlined in "Article Five - Accounts and Registration Obligations," and with all the rules and provisions of the usage agreement.

Article 4 - Accounts and Registration Obligations:


  • When you apply to join the M5AZN platform, you will be required to provide specific information and choose a secret username and password, which you will use to log into the M5AZN platform services. Upon account activation, you will become a user of the M5AZN platform services, and by doing so, you agree to the following:
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and password, and you agree to immediately inform the M5AZN platform of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of your confidential information.
  • The M5AZN platform will not be held responsible in any way for any direct or indirect moral or material losses that may occur due to the disclosure of your username, password, or the misuse of your store.
  • You are required to use your M5AZN account personally, as you are fully responsible for its use. If someone else uses your account, this will be considered an authorization from you for that person to use your account unless you inform the platform's management otherwise.
  • When using the M5AZN platform, you must do so with seriousness and integrity. You are required to adhere to the rules and provisions of the user agreement, as well as the legal and regulatory controls in force in the United Arab Emirates. You agree to compensate the M5AZN platform for any direct or indirect losses that may be caused to the platform as a result of illegal, unauthorized, or inappropriate use of your account by you or by anyone else who has gained access to your account, whether through authorized use or due to negligence in maintaining the confidentiality of your login details.
  • You are required to provide accurate, up-to-date, complete, and legal information during registration on the M5AZN platform, and you are obligated to update this information if it changes or when needed.
  • You must not include any of your contact details, such as email addresses, phone numbers, or any personal details in your username. Additionally, you must not use any phrase that suggests a personal or commercial relationship between you and M5AZN, its employees, or its owners.
  • You must not indicate in your store any direct or indirect relationship between your store and the M5AZN platform, its management, owners, or employees, as M5AZN has no involvement with your store's activities and is not responsible for its operations.
  • The M5AZN platform is committed to handling your personal information and contact details confidentially in accordance with its privacy policy and the confidentiality of information procedures.
  • You are obligated to keep your registration data accurate, up-to-date, and complete at all times. If you provide false, incorrect, incomplete, illegal, or misleading information, M5AZN has the right to suspend, freeze, or cancel your membership, store, and account on the platform. This action will be taken without affecting the rights of other platform users, and M5AZN will pursue legitimate means to recover its rights and protect the interests of other users.
  • M5AZN reserves the right to conduct investigations, either directly or through third parties, at any time and to request additional information or documentation to verify your identity, account ownership, or financial details.
  • If you fail to comply with any of the above terms, M5AZN's management reserves the right to suspend or cancel your store, membership, or access to the platform. M5AZN also reserves the right to deactivate or delete unverified accounts, operations, or accounts that have been inactive for an extended period.

Article 5 - Electronic Communications and Official Means of Communication:

  1. The merchant agrees that M5AZN may communicate with them via email or through general messages broadcast by the M5AZN platform management to all users or specific users when they log into their accounts. The merchant also agrees that all agreements, announcements, data, and other communications provided electronically hold the same legal standing as their written counterparts and can be used to meet legal requirements.
  2. During your membership and interactions with the platform, M5AZN may send promotional emails to inform you of any changes, procedures, or new advertising activities added to the platform.

Article 6 - Amendments to the Agreement on Use and Fees:

  1. You acknowledge and agree that M5AZN may notify you of any amendments to this agreement that may increase your obligations or reduce your rights. These amendments will be communicated using any available technical means, such as email or general messages broadcast to all users. The platform provides technical mechanisms to confirm your acceptance of these changes, and once accepted, they become legally binding.
  2. If you object to any amendments made to the user agreement, this may restrict your access to the platform’s services. To continue benefiting from M5AZN's services, you must agree to the terms of this agreement and any future amendments. If you do not accept the amendments, M5AZN requests that you discontinue using its services. Accessing your account or using the platform after an amendment constitutes your full acceptance of the changes. The platform welcomes any inquiries or suggestions regarding the agreement.
  3. All fees are calculated in UAE AED, and the merchant is responsible for paying all fees due to the platform, along with any additional expenses imposed by M5AZN. Payment must be made through the approved methods provided by M5AZN.
  4. Not all packages and offers from the M5AZN platform are free for merchants or stores, as some are subject to varying fees. M5AZN may charge merchants based on the packages they join or the policies they use. M5AZN reserves the right to add, increase, decrease, or deduct any fees or expenses, in accordance with the rules and provisions of the usage agreement, for any user, regardless of the reason for their registration.
  5. With M5AZN's subscription, you can process up to 300 orders per month (including packaging) for free. If you exceed 300 orders, a small fee will apply, based on the total number of orders as follows:
    A. For 301 to 1,000 orders: Each additional order will cost AED 3.
    B. For 1,001 orders and more: Each additional order will cost AED 4.
  6. We provide free integration with popular e-commerce platforms such as WooCommerce, Shopify, OpenCart, and Magento (default versions). For customized versions of these platforms that require assistance from M5AZN’s technical team, the following fees apply:

    A. Initial integration support provided by M5AZN’s technical team (setup and assistance with integrating the customized version of your chosen e-commerce platform): AED 3,000.
    B. Any further modifications or adjustments beyond the initial integration will incur a fee of AED 500 per change
  7. Join our exclusive WhatsApp group for merchants, providing seamless customer service and quick support without the need for support tickets, for just AED 499.

Article 7 - Payment and Payment Services for Stores on the M5AZN Platform:

  1. The M5AZN platform, through its partners, provides a payment system that allows merchants to handle payments entirely online using the available payment options on the platform. Alternatively, payments can be made through any other methods provided by the M5AZN platform from time to time.
  2. The provision of online payment services by M5AZN is intended to facilitate transactions and safeguard merchants' rights.
  3. The merchant is responsible for setting the price of the goods or services offered in their store in accordance with the recognized market value. M5AZN holds no responsibility for any miscalculation of the prices of products or services listed in stores on the platform. Ensuring the accurate pricing of goods or services in a commercially accepted manner is solely the merchant's obligation.
  4. The merchant is also required to issue invoices, receipts, and vouchers for all amounts and profits generated in their store. These invoices must clearly indicate the type of goods or services, quantities, descriptions, and values. The merchant must also ensure their online store meets all required accounting specifications, in line with the provisions of this agreement. Failure to comply with this clause may result in the merchant being held liable for any damages caused by the violation.
  5. M5AZN has the right to prevent the completion of any payment that violates the rules and provisions of the usage agreement or to cancel any purchase or sale request due to a technical error on the platform that causes discrepancies between displayed prices and market values. In such cases, M5AZN is not responsible for the monetary differences.
  6. M5AZN also reserves the right to cancel, amend, or change any of the payment methods available on the platform.

Article 8 - Your Personal Information and Transaction Details:

  1. You agree to grant M5AZN an unlimited, global, permanent, irrevocable, fee-free license to use any personal information, materials, or other content you provide or submit to the platform, or that you announce through your store, the platform's communication and registration forms, email, or any other available communication channels. This is to serve any interest that M5AZN deems necessary.
  2. You are solely responsible for the information you send or publish, and M5AZN's role is limited to allowing you to display this information through its platform and advertising channels.
  3. The confidentiality of store and merchant information is governed by the "privacy policy and confidentiality of information" rules set by the M5AZN platform.

Article 9 - The Merchant's Pledge to Abide by the Laws and Regulations in the UAE:

  1. The merchant agrees to comply with all laws and regulations in force within the UAE concerning their products and their use of the M5AZN platform, as well as with the laws, conditions, and provisions governing the use of the internet, the user agreement, the privacy policy, and the confidentiality of information enforced by the M5AZN platform.
  2. If any merchant violates the provisions outlined in this agreement, particularly Article 10, M5AZN reserves the right to take any of the following actions, including but not limited to: issuing a warning, suspending services, closing the store, or returning any amounts held in electronic payments to consumers.

Article 10 - Rights:

  1. All content on the M5AZN platform, whether electronic or otherwise, including but not limited to written or unwritten texts, graphic designs, technical ideas, logos, presentations, button icons, audio clips, collected data, and software, is the property of the M5AZN platform. All rights are reserved, and no one may use any of this content in any way, whether directly, indirectly, or through a third party, without proper authorization.
  2. The M5AZN platform management will take necessary actions in the case of misuse or infringement of any of M5AZN’s rights or intellectual property.
  3. M5AZN is not responsible for any intellectual property infringement committed by merchants or stores registered on the platform.

Article 11 - Intellectual Property:

  1. The M5AZN platform respects the intellectual property rights of merchants, whether those rights were established before or after the creation of their stores.
  2. erchants, in turn, must respect the intellectual property rights of the M5AZN platform, which includes the platform itself, as well as all logos, words, and symbols associated with M5AZN. These elements are protected by intellectual property and trademark laws and are the exclusive property of the M5AZN platform. It is not permissible to infringe upon or use them in any way without proper authorization from M5AZN management.

Article 12 - Consumer:

  1. During purchases, the consumer provides M5AZN with certain information, including but not limited to: name, email, and phone number
  2. In the interest of protecting consumer rights, even though the consumer is not a party to this agreement, and to achieve one of the key objectives of M5AZN—ensuring high-quality service for all and that consumers receive their purchases correctly—M5AZN clarifies the following for stores:
  3. If a consumer purchases goods using one of the payment methods available on the platform but does not receive the goods or receives goods that differ from the specifications listed on the store's page, the consumer has the right to notify M5AZN. In such cases, M5AZN may take action against the store in violation, in accordance with this agreement. However, M5AZN is not legally responsible for the merchant's breach of agreement with the consumer, as it is not a party in the relationship between the consumer and the merchant. M5AZN acts only to improve the quality of its platform and the merchants' performance.
  4. Consumers are encouraged to review their purchases before accepting them to ensure that the goods are correct and match the descriptions. M5AZN is not responsible for resolving disputes between the consumer and the merchant.
  5. M5AZN is not obligated to take any specific action in response to a consumer complaint. Instead, any action taken is at the discretion of M5AZN and will be determined based on what M5AZN deems appropriate, in line with this agreement, and in consideration of the platform’s commercial and reputational interests. However, M5AZN may take measures against stores that intentionally deceive or mislead consumers, such as freezing the store's membership, issuing warnings, or requiring the store to compensate the consumer. This is in keeping with M5AZN's goal to protect the rights of all its users and registered merchants.

Article 13 - Responsibility of M5AZN Platform:

  1. M5AZN platform is not responsible for any unsatisfactory or delayed performance by stores, shipping companies, electronic payment gateways, banks, or consumers’ failure to comply with payment. Additionally, M5AZN is not liable for any losses, malfunctions, or delays resulting from unavailable goods, delayed delivery, or substandard service provided by stores..
  2. M5AZN does not accept any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether they occur directly, indirectly, accidentally, or through third parties.
  3. M5AZN platform is not responsible for any claims or liabilities arising from financial losses, defamation, or damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or inability to use the M5AZN platform.
  4. Neither M5AZN, its officials, employees, nor owners are responsible for any claims, disputes, costs, damages, or any liabilities, direct or indirect, to any party that arises from the actions of platform users
  5. M5AZN, its employees, owners, and representatives hold no responsibility for legitimate and legal products that are authorized under UAE laws but are misused for illegal purposes. No person or party may bring legal action or claim compensation against M5AZN for such misuse, as all products and services on the platform are provided by merchants and their stores.
  6. M5AZN, its employees, owners, and representatives bear no responsibility for illegal or irregular activities conducted by stores or any activities that violate UAE laws and regulations. The responsibility of M5AZN is limited to providing electronic support tools and services, including the establishment of online stores and related services.
  7. M5AZN management informs all merchants that if it detects any suspicious activities being planned, committed, or that have already occurred on the platform, it will report such activities to the relevant authorities. M5AZN is not liable for any violations that occur without its knowledge or awareness.

Article 14 - Confidentiality of Information:

  1. M5AZN platform advises you that the World Wide Web (Internet) is not a completely secure environment, and the confidentiality of personal information cannot be guaranteed 100% on the Internet.
  2. M5AZN takes high-quality physical, organizational, and technical measures to protect users and consumers and to prevent unauthorized individuals from accessing or storing users' personal information
  3. M5AZN has no control over the actions of third parties, such as other websites linked to the platform or individuals claiming to represent you or others.
  4. You acknowledge and agree that M5AZN may use the information you provide to deliver services to you on the platform and to send you marketing messages. The M5AZN privacy policy governs the collection, processing, use, and transfer of your personal information, and it is subject to the rules outlined in the "Privacy Policy and Confidentiality of Information" of the M5AZN platform.

Article 15 - Replacement and Refund Policy:

  1. Refunds for amounts paid for subscribing to packages on the M5AZN platform are not available, as a free package is provided, allowing customers to try the entire platform for 14 days at no cost.
  2. M5AZN will cover the costs of return and replacement in the following cases:
    • If the product has a manufacturing defect.
    • If an error occurs in sending the shipment from M5AZN.
    • If damage occurs while transporting the shipment to warehouse customers.
    3. Note: The request for a refund or replacement must be made within the first 3 days of receiving the order.
  3. Reshipping Fee Policy Based on Weight:
    According to this policy, merchants who wish to reship their orders to customers for any reason must pay reshipping fees based on the applicable rate.
    This rate is determined by the total weight of the shipment subject to reshipping. The fees are calculated as follows:
    • If the shipment weighs 15 kilograms or less, it is considered a single shipment, and reshipping fees are applied based on the total weight.
    • If the shipment weighs more than 15 kilograms, reshipping fees are calculated based on the total weight, with an additional fee for each extra kilogram at a predefined rate.
    • This policy ensures that reshipping fees are applied fairly and transparently based on the actual weight of the shipment, providing high-quality service to all customers.
    • All relevant parties must familiarize themselves with and adhere to this policy when requesting the reshipping of any order.
    Additional Information:
    Reasons for Reshipment and Reshipping Costs:
    • If the shipping company contacts the customer and the customer does not respond within the specified timeframe, and the merchant requests reshipping of the order, the merchant will bear the reshipping cost.
    • If the shipping company is responsible for errors or delays that result in shipment damage, the shipping company will bear the reshipping costs, including the cost of the damaged product.
    • If the error in the order is attributable to the vendor, the vendor will bear the reshipping costs, as well as the cost of the damaged product.
    • If the order is incorrect and must be reshipped, the vendor will bear the reshipping cost.
    4. Note: The allowed time for reshipping an order is 3 days from the customer's receipt of the order.

Article 16 - Cancellation of Membership or Store:

  1. M5AZN, in accordance with the usage agreement and the laws and regulations of the UAE, may temporarily or permanently suspend a merchant, revoke their membership, or limit their access to M5AZN’s services in the following cases:
  2. Violating the rules and provisions of the usage agreement.
  3. If the merchant violates the rules and provisions of the usage agreement.
  4. If M5AZN cannot verify any of the user information provided to it.
  5. If M5AZN determines that the user’s activities violate the law or may cause trouble or legal issues for other users or M5AZN.
  6. The M5AZN Platform does not waive its right to take appropriate measures against any violation that occurs to the rules and provisions of the user agreement and other similar acts of violation, as well as that the M5AZN Platform is not obligated to take any measures against any violation that occurs to the use agreement, but this matter is subject to assess the management and legal management of the M5AZN Platform.
  7. M5AZN may, at its discretion, reactivate suspended users. However, a user whose activity has been permanently suspended or whose membership has been canceled will not be able to register or restore their account on the platform or use the platform in any way until authorized by M5AZN management. If a user violates the usage agreement, M5AZN reserves the right to recover any amounts owed to the platform, as well as any losses or damages caused by the merchant. M5AZN also reserves the right to take legal action or refer the matter to judicial authorities in the UAE as deemed appropriate.
  8. M5AZN does not waive its right to take action against any violation of the user agreement. However, the decision to take action is at the discretion of M5AZN’s management and legal team.

Article 17 - - Payment, Sale, and Purchase:

  1. The merchant is responsible for managing their store in a way that maintains good relations with consumers and avoids conflicts.
  2. The merchant is obligated to handle payment, sale, and purchase transactions through the payment methods specified in this agreement.
  3. M5AZN reserves the right to refuse or cancel purchases, whether they have been paid for or not.
  4. M5AZN platform notes that it has no involvement in disputes between the consumer and the merchant, nor is it responsible for any failure by the consumer to fulfill their obligations to the merchant, whether due to default or other reasons.
  5. The merchant agrees and acknowledges that they will not engage in fraudulent or manipulative purchases on the M5AZN platform, and they will not use a false name, fake personal information, or a credit card that does not belong to them without proper authorization. M5AZN reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against anyone engaging in such fraudulent activities.
  6. All merchants and stores acknowledge that the transfer of funds for their commercial activities on the M5AZN platform is subject to the authority and regulations of the UAE Monetary Agency. Some fund transfers may be subject to restrictions imposed by the Monetary Agency, the Ministry of Commerce and Investment, and e-commerce regulations in the UAE.
  7. M5AZN reserves the right to impose fees on merchants or stores for their operations on the platform. These fees may include, but are not limited to, government agency fees, bank fees, administrative fees, or other charges arising from the merchant’s activities.
  8. Electronic stores should note that the refund period for amounts credited to the wallet is 14 working days (excluding Saturday and Sunday)
  9. Returns:
    In cases where the final customer does not receive the order, there are two options:
  10. Reshipping the order from stores: The shipping and delivery fee of 23 AED, including VAT, will be deducted.
  11. Canceling the shipping of the order from stores: The shipping and return fees of 46 AED, including VAT, will be deducted.
  12. If the shipping is allocated to a business package, there are two options:
  13. Reshipping the order: A new bill of lading will be provided by the merchant, and no additional fees will be required.
  14. Canceling the order shipment: A return fee of 23 AED will be deducted if the products are intact upon receipt from the shipping company. If the products are damaged, the merchant will bear the cost.
  15. Note: If the subscription ends and a returned order is pending, the order will be canceled upon receipt from the shipping company, and the amount will be automatically credited to the merchant's wallet.
  16. Cash on Delivery (COD):
    Terms of subscription to the service:
  17. If the merchant subscribes for a full year, the service will be provided without an insurance amount.
  18. If the merchant’s monthly subscription is continuous for three consecutive months (or coming months) without interruption, they are eligible to subscribe to the service by paying an insurance amount of 1000 AED, which can be refunded if the service is stopped, provided no pending amounts are owed. Any outstanding amounts will be deducted from the insurance, and the remaining balance will be refunded if the merchant opts out of the service
  19. The 1000 AED insurance covers payment and shipping fees.
  20. If the consumer does not receive the shipment, 10 AED will be deducted as payment insurance, plus 20 AED for recovery fees, shipping fees (non-refundable), and 5% VAT.
  21. If the bill of lading was issued for the order and delivered to the shipping company, the payment service fee (non-refundable) will be charged.
  22. Profits will be transferred within 14-20 working days (excluding Friday and Saturday) after receipt of the payment from the shipping company.
  23. Note: This service applies only to orders where the payment feature on receipt option is chosen.
  24. Storage Spaces in M5AZN's Warehouse:
  25. Storage of light or small products: This applies to one type of product with the same barcode and color.
  26. Product size: Length 40 cm x Depth 40 cm x Height 40 cm (10 AED per month).
  27. Storage of heavy or large products: Pallet (70 kg): 1 meter x 1 meter x 1 meter (220 AED per month for one pallet).

  28. Packaging Sizes for the VIP Package:
    Large size:Length: 50 cm | Width: 32 cm | Depth: 20 cm.
    Medium size:Length: 29 cm | Width: 21 cm | Depth: 10 cm.
    Small size:Length: 24 cm | Width: 12 cm | Depth: 7 cm.

Article 18 - Unauthorized Content and Products:

  1. As a merchant on the M5AZN platform, you are obligated not to advertise or publish any content on your store that violates the privacy policy, confidentiality of information, or the rules and provisions of this usage agreement.
  2. The M5AZN platform strictly prohibits the sale of the following products and services, including but not limited to: any product or service involving gambling, lucky boxes, or random products; any product or service that may cause physical or psychological harm in any way; pirated content or subscriptions, or anything that violates intellectual property and publishing rights; and any sexual or pornographic products or services, or anything that promotes such content.

Article 19 - UAE Information Crimes Law:

  1. Merchants are obligated to comply with the provisions of the UAE Information Crimes Law. If a merchant violates this law, they are solely responsible for the violation, and the M5AZN platform is not liable for any infractions committed by the store. The merchant is fully responsible for their store and their dealings with consumers. M5AZN always reserves the right to take appropriate action against any store or merchant that violates the UAE Information Crimes Law, which may include reporting the violation to the relevant authorities, closing the online store, or canceling the merchant’s membership on the platform.


Article 20 -Restriction of Access or Membership:

  1. Without affecting the rights of other merchants, the M5AZN platform reserves the right to suspend or cancel a merchant’s membership or restrict their access to the platform’s services at any time, without prior notice or the need to specify a reason.


Article 21 - Guarantee:

  1. M5AZN does not guarantee the fixing of faults nor does it guarantee that the products offered by merchants are free from defects. The guarantee, if provided, is offered by the store or merchant when specified in the product description, including the warranty period. Merchants must ensure the quality of the products offered in their online stores.
  2. Merchants are required to establish an exchange and return policy specific to their store and must adhere to the provisions of the e-commerce system and other applicable regulations related to warranties and electronic commerce.

Article 22- Responsibility of the Merchant:

  1. The merchant agrees to assume responsibility and protect M5AZN, its employees, owners, or subsidiaries from any damage that may occur as a result of the merchant's violations. The merchant is committed to preventing or compensating for any damage caused to M5AZN, its employees, or affiliates due to claims, losses, malfunctions, costs, expenses, or fees resulting from the misuse of the platform by the merchant or user, which breaches the user agreement or UAE regulations, infringes on the rights of another merchant or third party, or arises from a complaint by a user or third party.

Article 23- Relationship and Notices between the M5AZN Platform and Merchants:

  1. None of the rules or provisions of this usage agreement suggest the existence of a partnership between any merchant and M5AZN. M5AZN does not allow any merchant to directly or indirectly imply the existence of any relationship, either direct or indirect, between the merchant and M5AZN or its management.
    Any notices the merchant wishes to send to M5AZN must be sent via email, and M5AZN will respond via email. As a merchant, you agree that any notices sent to you by M5AZN will be delivered via email, WhatsApp messages, or a phone call to the contact details you provided during the registration process.

Article 24- Transfer of Rights and Obligations:

  1. As a merchant, you do not have the right to object to actions taken by the M5AZN platform management regarding the platform, including but not limited to changes affecting the entity of M5AZN, its obligations, ownership, responsibilities, technical actions, or administrative actions. M5AZN is not obligated to inform you of these actions, but if M5AZN deems it necessary, it may choose to notify you in accordance with its discretion and in line with the rules and provisions of the usage agreement.


Article 25- Applicable Law and Legislation:

  1. This agreement is governed by and drafted in accordance with the laws, regulations, and legislation in force in the UAE. It is fully subject to the applicable legislation of the relevant authorities in the UAE.


Article 26- Rules for Merchants when Dealing with Consumers:

  1. The merchant must act with honesty, integrity, and fairness when dealing with consumers. Additionally, the merchant is obligated to maintain high moral standards in all interactions with consumers.

Article 27- Promotional Publications and Special Offers for M5AZN:

  1. The rules and provisions of this usage agreement apply to all promotional materials, whether in print or electronic format, across various publishing platforms and social media channels.
  2. These brochures and publications serve as promotional tools for the M5AZN platform.
  3. These publications are subject to change and are not binding on M5AZN with respect to fixed prices for services, packages, or offers. Price changes depend on changes that may occur within the M5AZN platform, stores, or merchants.
  4. Any offers made by M5AZN are temporary and apply for a specified period of time. M5AZN is not obligated to extend the duration of any offer, nor is it required to continue the offer for the specified time. M5AZN reserves the right to limit or determine the eligibility of any user for an offer or to cancel an offer at any time.

Article 28- Strategic and Logistical Services (Third-Party Services):

  1. In accordance with the rules and provisions of this usage agreement, M5AZN may provide some strategic or logistical services through third-party providers. These services may include, but are not limited to, shipping companies and product delivery services.
  2. M5AZN provides these strategic or logistical services as a facilitation to assist M5AZN platform users.
  3. M5AZN is not responsible, either directly or indirectly, for any actions taken by third-party providers. Its role is simply to act as a link between the user and the service provider (third party).
  4. The use of third-party services is not mandatory; it is up to the discretion and needs of the user. When merchants use third-party services available on the M5AZN platform, M5AZN disclaims any responsibility for that relationship. The relationship between the merchant and the third party is governed by its own independent terms and conditions.

Article 29- Technical Support:

In accordance with the rules and provisions of this usage agreement, M5AZN provides technical support services to stores and merchants, based on the privileges of the package to which the store is subscribed. For example:
  1. M5AZN allows stores to communicate with the platform's technical support team to help with operational issues and to resolve any technical problems that may arise on the M5AZN platform for the stores.

Article 30- Dispute Resolution:

  1. In accordance with the rules and provisions of this usage agreement, any disputes that arise will first be resolved through conciliation, negotiation, or friendly settlement. If the dispute persists, it will be resolved through the competent authorities in the UAE.

Article 31- Shipping & Handling Charges:

The shipping policy for M5AZN within the United Arab Emirates is as follows:

  • The shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the order:
  • If the order weighs 1 kilogram or less, the shipping cost will be 25 AED (excluding tax).
  • For each additional kilogram after the first 1 kilogram, an additional 5 AED will be added to the base shipping cost.
  • A 5% tax will be applied to the final shipping cost.

  • Example:
  • If the weight of the order is 2 kilograms, the shipping cost will be calculated as follows:
  • 1 kilogram at a cost of 25 AED (excluding tax).
  • 1 additional kilogram will add 5 AED.
  • The total shipping cost will be 25 AED + 5 AED = 30 AED (+ 5% VAT) = 31.5 AED.
  • Note: Shipping prices may be subject to future adjustments according to the shipping policies in effect in the UAE.

Article 32- General Provisions:

  1. If any material or clause in this usage agreement is canceled or rendered ineffective, it does not invalidate the remaining articles, clauses, rules, and provisions of the usage agreement, which remain in effect until further notice from the M5AZN platform management.
  3. This usage agreement, which is amended from time to time as needed, constitutes the work mechanism, understanding, agreement, and contract between the merchant, their store, and the M5AZN platform. The merchant and the store are obligated to comply with the provisions of this agreement, and the merchant agrees to the following:
  5. This usage agreement applies to all users of the M5AZN platform and governs the relationship, constituting the contract between the merchant and M5AZN only, regardless of any legal, institutional, commercial, or charitable entity that the merchant or store operates under. The relationship between the merchant and the consumer, however, is subject to a separate legal agreement, governed by its own terms and conditions.
  6. The store must establish its own usage agreement, ensuring that it complies with the laws and regulations in force in the United Arab Emirates, particularly the M5AZN transactions system, M5AZN commerce system, and other regulations related to the merchant’s activities.
  7. No person, except for the M5AZN platform management, has the authority to impose any materials, terms, or provisions in the M5AZN usage agreement. M5AZN platform management welcomes merchant suggestions regarding this agreement.
  8. If this usage agreement is translated into another language, whether on the M5AZN platform or elsewhere, the Arabic version will remain the original and authoritative text for all transactions.
  9. This usage agreement cannot be canceled or amended except by a decision issued by M5AZN platform management.

Article 33: Chinese Products

  1. 1. Delivery:
      • The delivery time for Chinese products depends on the supplier, starting from 5 business days. Shipments are delivered directly to the end customer under the seller’s store name.
      • Shipping costs are determined based on order size and delivery location.
  2. 2. Multiple Shipments:
      • If a customer orders both UAE and Chinese products in the same order, the shipments will be delivered separately. One shipment will be made for the UAE products and another for the Chinese products. Shipping fees will apply to each shipment separately, as described in Article 33 for Chinese products and Article 31 for UAE products.
  3. 3. Notifications:
      • Chinese products are available exclusively for Premium and VIP packages.
      • A service fee of 5% of the invoice value is charged on Chinese products for the benefit of electronic stores. This fee is calculated based on the wholesale price of the products.
      • Value Added Tax (VAT) is calculated at a rate of 5% on the service fee.
      • The packaging of Chinese products is official and does not include the store's branding.
      • The Cash on Delivery (COD) option is not available for orders of Chinese products.
  4. 4. Responsibilities:
      • Electronic stores are not responsible for the following aspects related to Chinese products:
      • Availability of quantities.
      • Product quality.
      • Product pricing.
      • Product removal.
      • Cancelling a contract with a supplier.
